With the support of some intellectual people and conscious guardians, AMC was the first campus in seti zone to run bachelor in science (B.Sc.) programme in 2063 B.S. The campus affiliated with Tribhuvan University is the first community based property in Seti Zone. The campus started BBS classes in 2064. Due to the dedicated qualified lecturers, hardworking students and conscious guardians the campus is making academic breakthrough since its establishment the campus administration is making the best efforts for all-round development of students by managing various teaching materials and scientific technologies. Due to these reasons, the campus has been the best choice of the students of this region.
The availability of qualified teaching and non-teaching staff, sufficient number of students, qualified, lots of teaching materials are prerequisites to run Science faculty. so many obstacles, the campus has spread its name and fame as a quality education center in the Far-Western Province.
The aim of the campus is to avail science education at minimum cost to poor and disadvantaged class of students and at the same time the campus has also to stand it as an independent institution.
Because of these eligibilities, AMC is receiving grants from UGC (University Grants Commission), Dhangadhi sub metropolitan city, Kailali DDC and other government organizations. In the days to come, according to the needs of students and guardians, the campus is planning to launch B.Sc. Microbiology, Statistics, MBS and MA classes in the campus. Moreover, AMC is recently awarded QAA Certificate.
